All of the cheap, trashy, leaking vent stacks were replaced with permanent, heavy duty boots. Columbia's technical expertise coupled with the use of high end Owens Corning Duration shingles and synthetic underlayment buttoned up this house nicely and absolutely should last the remainder of my lifetime. If there is ever a problem though, my roof is protected by the OC warranty, which is the best in the industry. Erwin Serrano, the owner and project manager was outstanding.
